Laugh It Up!

Laugh or Cry.  It’s a choice we make every day.  A good friend just reminded me of this.  It’s feels so much better to laugh than to cry (mostly)!  So here is my choice today:

lift the energy,
bring the lightness,
find the joy and
accept the wondorous humor that is available to you

   That is MOST fantastic, I want to put it on a loop and listen all day long. I love it most when he is laughing so hard it goes almost silent! I haven’t laughed like that since……Bull auction
