Reading List
Before law school, I read for pleasure. After three years of reading 100-200 pages of case law every night, the part of me that enjoyed reading died a little bit.
The books that made it onto my nightstand were few and far between, and often became essential parts of my experience. Here’s a list of the books that I’ve found most essential. (There aren’t that many.)
I’d love to hear about your essentials, too. After seven years recovery period, I’ve started reading again – a little.
“Awareness” Anthony De Mello
“Harry Potter” (all) JK Rowling (The audio books are amazing. Jim Dale is wonderful.)
“Diary of a Medical Intuitive” Christel Nani
“100 Ways to Be Pasta” Giovanna Tornabene, Carolynn Carreño (I cook from this weekly.)
“The Chronicles of Narnia” C.S. Lewis (I think these deserve a yearly read.)
